A PROPOSAL: NEW MALL MUSEUM OF WAR
Although the Mall in Washington, D.C., has become increasingly targeted for “new museums” by various “weak-sister” movements, usually to salute a “politically correct” person or organization, I wish to propose a museum that is entirely devoted to war. Warfare has been a constant state on this Earth, ever since one group of people noticed that they had a neighbor. At certain isolated areas neighbors were not readily at hand, allowing for internal rebellions amongst the population that was present. These, then, might well divide, becoming warring neighbors – just like the rest iof the world.
I favor removing, or relocating within the new museum, citadels to vanity in the guise of memorials that presently are constructed, or are being constructed, or are planned to be constructed. The idea of the Mall being an open sward of green is under grave attack by the “gravediggers.”
However, there should be a premier museum on the Mall that is focused on mankind’s favorite occupation: The application of force to achieve one’s end. The museum structure should have several wings, each of which is dedicated to a major area of land warfare. One of the wings should be, or include, a theatre where relevant video is shown. Naturally, one wing would have exhibited “tools of the trade.” Some, such as hydrogen bombs, could be handled in the video wing.
Another wing might deal with strategy. Depictions by multi-media of the beginning and end of great battles could be shown.
One of the most important wings of this proposed museum would be the appearance of warriors through time. In this the uniforms employed by soldiers as they set forth for battle would be shown. One niche of the museum would be devoted to the “Top Ten” uniforms, according to style. Visitors would also be allowed to vote their opinions.
Sadly, I don’t believe that America would crack the “Top Forty.” Many Americans would scoff at the whole idea. The American soldier doesn’t want to be seen at all. Be that as it may, a uniform that resembles leaves and/or dried grass – possibly with a dash of tree branch – just cannot hope to merit much admiration as threads.
Since the many centuries of war have witnessed a variety of protective additions and subtractions, according to priorities, there might well need to be categories. For example, soldiers in short pant, kelts, tunics and the like might well be put together, so that a Highlander might compete with a Spartan, Roman, Egyptian or Zulu.
Although I may be criticized as excentric, I believe that “head-gear,” or hats, should be included. I believe that it was Octavius who said: The helmet makes the man (meaning soldier).
On the other hand animals such as horses, elephants, camels, and the like should not be allowed to influence judgment in regard to the appearance of the soldier’s uniform, unless they are in the form of capes, robes, tunics, or hat decoration.
In this wing one might naturally suppose that the Italians must have tailored the top uniforms. However, an argument might be made in behalf of the Austrian’s uniform of the early 19th Century. Even Tsarist Russia sent forth troops armed with threads that could easily sweep maidens off their feet, while paralyzing their opponents with envy. As a matter of fact, my choice of “number one” is the French uniform under Napoleon Bonaparte. Dressed as they were, they deserved to win. In fact Napoleon’s style almost proved decisive. Who then, deserves to be in the “Top Ten?” Cherchez la threads!
CRIME BEAT: COP KILLED BY KNIFE-WIELDING SON
In this episode Crime Beat focuses on an emerging phenomenon in America: maladjusted inter-racial children. In a sense this has been a “closet” phenomenon which has been at work in the Afican American community, where such children were most likely to be found. This statement is in no way meant to release the non-African American partners in this growing occurrence from contributory guilt. It merely recognizes that the African Anerican community has been embracive toward its “children of many colors.”
As the ruling establishment in America has premeditatively set forth to change the demographics in America, so that America reflected a minature global demography, usually under the banners of “humanity” and “diversity,” the population began to reflect their design. Further, as educator tried to impose the conceptual vacuity that all are equal, selectivity began to veer from tradition to the “modern, new America.”
Therefore, crime in America began to shift to reflect this reality. If people are identifiably distinct on the outside, it is folly to suppose that the difference(s) are not also found on the inside. This becomes most important in regard to brain configuration, as this will have an effect upon perception. Hormonal levels may differ, also. There are other factors that affect behavior. The most important ones are genetic.
As the Most High of the Holy Scriptures stated through his prophet Amos: If we do not think alike, can we long walk together?
Let us then proceed with the issue at hand. As a preface, let me advised those who are new to Crime Beat that this blog tries to “keep the faith” with the old crime magazines that once were very plentiful at newsstands. As with such magazines, we try to bring interesting cases to our readers, which will thrill, chill, and educate in the unfolding tale. We think that such reading improves the readers, who will be better citizens for having encountered vicariously the moment of terror. Consider our case at hand:
Urbana, Illinois._Peter McLaughlin, 45, was a police officer at Parkland College. He had been married to a Filipino woman. They divorced, and she moved back to the Philippines with their daughter. The son, Paul, 20, remained with the father.
The pair did not get along, and Paul hung out with blacks. Peter threatened to kick him out of the house. Paul met with Phillip Harris, 16, and C.J. Tucker, 15. They plotted to kill the father. Paul called him down to the basement. Harris later confessed that they beat him with his own police baton, while he pled for his life. Paul then grabbed a knife and brutally stabbed his father 19 times. They hid the body in a crawl space under the house.
The prosecutor said that they usually ask for a sentence of 20 to 60 years but will go for 100 years, due to the “heinous” nature of this case. [THE TRUTH AT LAST, Issue #454]
Although some may infer that in such cases, “Keep the daughter!” is the lesson, at Crime Beat we believe that a larger inference, consistent with God and tradition, is the best one.

CRIME BEAT: “I WAS IN A KILLING MOOD.”
In this episode of Crime Beat we jouney to MoTown, which is no stranger to violence. It is a chilling tale. For those of you not familiar with Crime Beat this is a blog that was inspired by the old crime magazines which once were so common at newsstands. They colorfully but factually related a “crime story” which was meant to instruct, entertain, chill and sometimes create a reader-participation event, as a crime tale had not been solved. Can the readers help? they inquired. Appropriate police contacts were given, should anyone know something not disclosed in the story.
Help!
In so many ways, this one word catches the thoughts of the victims, of the police, and of the surviving family members. To protect each of us, we must stand together. Consider:
Detroit._Eric Marshall, 23, was angry because a prostitute told him she would not have sex with him, regardless of how much money he offered. He drove away but was stopped by officers Jennifer Fatigue and Matthew Bowens.
Marshall got out of his car on Michigan St., and shot both dead. It took the jury only 90 minutes to convict. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Unfortunately, there is no death sentence in Michigan.
The Michigan establishment doesn’t want the state to have the same sort of powers commonly wielded by hoodlums. “That’s archaic,” they groan. “Worse, it’s Biblical! It violates the separation of “church and state!” Will we read of the angry, immature Eric Marshall receiving a commutation of his sentence by the governor in 15 years? Time will tell.
It is not uncommon for Negroes to murder a totally innocent person in their rage over an incident with a third party. A term they have used to describe this in a number of cases is: “I was in a killing mood!” [THE TRUTH AT LAST, Issue 454]
The editor of Crime Beat can confirm reading this expression in reports of murders committed by members of this minority, but our view is that, however commonly it may be felt, it is only expressed in relatively few cases. One thing most of us can agree on in regard to this case is that, just because a prostitute tells a would-be customer, “No way, Jose,” does not create a justifiable pretext for muder.

CRIME BEAT: SHE WAS WHITE; SHE HAD TO DIE!
In this episode Crime Beat focuses on a “hate crime” that the judicial establishment does not usually recognize as such, as the victim does not fall into the usual ”victim of hate crime” criteria. For those new to Crime Beat, this is a blog inspired by the old crime magazines that used to be commonly available at newsstands. These magazines took interesting crime events, rewrote them into crime scenarios based on the known facts provided by official police reports, and how the crime was solved. Of course, sometimes unsolved crimes were featured, inviting the public to help the police investigators, if they knew anything at all beyond what they read in the magazine account. Police officers regularly appeared in these stories to add their official insights. All in all, these magazines offered a crime-solving read, as well as “reader participation” in the common goal of “law and order.” Of course, in those days the “law and order” promoted was traditional.
In our featured story today the reader is invited to experience a normal human crossing the path of an abnormal one. The victim - in some sense – is anyone of you. She was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Consider:
Westchester County, N.Y._ Mrs. Concetta Carriero, 56, a legal secretary, drove to a nearby mall. As she got out of the car, Phillip Grant, 43, grabbed her. In broad daylight he stabbed her twice in the chest.
In court Grant confessed, telling the judge:
“There’s a lot of White people who need to die. I was thinking that the first person I see this morning that looks White, I’m killing them. Being blonde-haired and blue-eyed, she had to die. My only regret is that I didn’t have the means to kill more.”
Grant had recently been released from prison after serving 24 years for raping three women and trying to kill one with a pitchfork. New York does not enforce the death penalty and thus Grant now faces 20-yrs. to life. He will one day no doubt be released – to kill again! [THE TRUTH AT LAST, Issue No. 454]
At a Westchester County mall, Mrs. Carriero was blonde and blue-eyed – a formula to die for. This is the sort of portentous story that the old Crime magazines so often featured. Crime Beat will also serve up such tales from the huge archive of crimes – some fresh, some dusty, all food for thought. These are tales from the Archives of Horror, and they are not for the faint of heart.

CRIME BEAT: SCARY EXCHANGE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Crime Beat travels to that vast continent, Afica, for its uncomfortable, disconcerting tale this episode. Once entitled “the Dark Continent” by seemingly shallow travellers and adventurers from Europe, it is today far removed from such inapt descriptions. Yet, as with other parts of the world, it is inhabited by humans, and humans sometimes produce individuals capable of great injury and insensitivity toward others. In our case today, we will relate just such a scary experience, which was endured by a seventeen-year old from Belgium.
Parenthetically, for those new to “Crime Beat” this is a blog inspired by the old crime magazines, which focused upon and related gristly crimes committed and subsequently solved. True, occasionally the stories involved crimes which were still unsolved. This increased public interest as well as wariness, as they pondered the fact that the villain was still OUT THERE.
Let us now share our story which was first aired in America (possibly the ONLY airing by media) by the tabloid, The Truth At Last (”TTAL”). It originally was printed in the South African Citizen in a story written by Sandra Lieberum. Because it is common in America, same may think it’s too pedestrian for Crime Beat to devote an episode to it. However, we believe that it presents vicarious learning experience, which may lessen misadventures culminating in crime, for those who are attentive. Consider:
“PALE, petite and wide-eyed, with her long hair tied up, a foreign exchange student told the Johannesburg High Court yesterday of her painful first experience of sex.
“She was held down by laughing men during a triple rape 10 days after arriving in South Africa.
” ‘I remembered the story told that in Africa it was believed if a person slept with a virgin, the person would be healed of illness.’
“She had been a virgin on the night of August 13-14 last year, when she attended a 21st birthday party in a marquee in the street with her ‘host sister’ and others.
“Her last HIV/Aids test, which was negative, was only a week ago.
“Five men are on trial for kidnapping, aggravated robbbery and three counts of rape.
“Wandile Dondolo, Moeketsi Mokoena, Sibusisi Mkhize, Xolani Letuke and Mandla Dlamini have denied five charges.
“Stephen Themba, for Xolani Letuke, told the court Letuke would claim he had consensual sex with the exchange student after they had smoked dagga.
“‘I’ve never smoked dagga in my whole life,’ the victim told the court.
“She had attended the party conservatively dressed, wearing jeans, a top and a jersey.
“Regarding alcohol the student said: ‘I tasted two drinks but didn’t finish them.’
“She testified that at about midnight she was walking back from the toilet when two men grabbed her and pushed her against the wall. They said: ‘If you scream, we are going to kill you.’
“‘They took me through the fields. I tried to scream a few times,’
“She was dragged into a house.
“‘I was trying to deny it to myself, but it was quite clear they wanted to rape me.’
“She was dragged into a room furnished with a large blanket-covered bed.
“‘The one was holding me down and the other was pulling my shoes and my pants’ (jeans).
“She begged and screamed ‘but they didn’t listen.’
“The first rape occurred, ‘It was very painful, very much.’
“‘He said ‘I’m finished’, and I looked up and standing in the corner were three more people.’
“‘Then one of those guys who had been standing in the corner goyt on top of me. More people were now holding me down, and they were making jokes between them.’
“They were laughing.’
“While being raped by the second attacker, people removed her three rings, a bracelet, wristwatch, earrings, nose rings and also took her cellphone and R80 in cash,”
This seems to be an opportunistic crime which is as common today in America as it is in the actual scene of the crime. Any misleading word or gesture can invite such “attacks.” What seems to be items of small value to one person may seem to be opulence to a quite different person. In crimes against persons all too often the victim unknowingly contributes to the realization of the event. Where people are from distinctly different cultures, misapprehensions regarding another are more likely. Even a “nose ring” may be misinterpreted. Was it too erotic to the South Africans?
In these kinds of crimes people must weigh their desire to be unrestrained by fear, on the one hand, and a sound perception of the reality of pain and suffering, as well as the finality of death, on the other, before “setting one’s course” for a destination the nature of which cannot be certainly known. For today any place can become a minature “dark continent.” Thought and preparation are therefore preconditions to that first step into what is hoped to be a “good night.”

WHAT’S THAT?
Wendy and Ralph had gone to a very romantic movie. When it was over, they decided to go home and “try it.” Entering Wendy’s apartment, they proceeded excitedly to her bedroom. As they were disrobing, Wendy looked with trembling disappointment at Ralph, and said: “Wiggly worm is dead! It’s got rigor mortis.”
Ralph smiled comfortingly and reassuringly and said: “Oh, it ain’t dead, now!”

FYI: SCIENCE AND THE CRAFT OF DECEIT #3

Profile photograph of Egyptian Sphinx indicates disproportionately small head and advanced deteriation of body. The overall view suggests a resting cheetah as model.
In this post I’ll continue to report on the curious irregularities involved with the radiocarbon dating system involving C-14. Also, an effort will be made to compare it with other methods. Further, I mean to introduce some proposals which have been offered to reach and explain, at least partially, this dating problem. Mr. David Fry of Texas has covered this trail in his interesting and fruitful text, HEBREW SAGES OF ANCIENT EGYPT, of which I have a copy. Some of his data I intend to share, having obtained his approval years back. Please note: the views expressed as commentary are my views–not his.
Since the established scientific order bears a strong resemblance to rigid religious institutions, it resists all truly innovative explanations and cannot recognize seminal concepts, as its assumption is that such intellectual eruptions must be from within its Traditions. The established scientific order today is hardly different from the arbiters of the World Order at the time of Copernicus and Galilei. The “Politically Correct” movement also shields the scientific establishment from unwanted intellectual eruptions, such as occurred in the area of genes and intelligence, as well as elsewhere.
The “Ruling Circles” in America have established a vast “overhang” of quasi-authoritative figures, such as Larry King, to declare any and all ideas outside the desired parameters as “wacko,” and the like. They are crucially assisted by the public school teachers, who condition as many youngsters as possible into being “grassroots” Republicans or ”grassroots” Democrats, sports fanatics, and “Oprah watchers.” By force of their positions, they are signalling what are “suitable” viewpoints. What is not “suitable,” therefore, carries the sign of taboo: “Don’t go there.” In case anyone doesn’t get the message, the “Ruling Circles” have already begun the establishment of “Thought Police.”
As may well be inferred, downnlaced is not an establishment type. For that reason alone I would attempt to enter fact, evidence, probability and law onto the public “info” highway. However, I also like to present these matters as intellectual “points of light,” (to borrow an expression from the occult). The fact that I’m under siege from the entirety of the anti-Christic order confirms in my mind that I am doing the right thing. This being so, let’s proceed with radiocarbon dating and related matters.
“The earth’s biosphere permeates with microorganisms and their bi-products. S.J. Mattingly and L.A. Garza-Valdes,, of Texas University at San Antonio, have been studying the plastic-like biogenic varnishes covering all exposed surfaces. Unlike the phenomena causing C-14 testing to date too old, these coating cause artifacts to date too young. An example of this has now been confirmed on the Shroud of Turin where microscopic examination of some of the Shroud’s fibers revealed this varnish. This invalidates the C-14 test which reported the Shroud to be only 700 years old.” [HEBREW SAGES OF ANCIENT EGYPT, F. David Fry, pp.132-133]
I doubt seriously if many people have been thoroughly acquainted with the data involving the Shroud of Turin, but it seems very important to the anti-Christic “Circles” to do anything in their power to discredit any and all evidence which may seem to affirm Biblical statements, especially the New Testament.
Parenthetically, one answer which such “Circles” have discovered is simply “deleting” undesirable sections of the Bible. It is a form of editing which might be dubbed, “The Bowdlerized Edition of Holy Scripture.” In the future, if publishing companies want their Bible texts to be stamped with a little “K” (and it may not be possible in the future to publish a book without the “K” stampmark), it had better be a “New Bowdlerized Version.” Be that as it may, let’s continue with our look at radiocarbon dating, shall we?
“The theoretical effect of the earth’s recent envelopment by a molecular cloud on the accuracy of carbon dating, encourages us to check the potential distortion caused by the ingestion of primordial carbon (carbon 13). [Isotopes of carbon 12 and 13 are stable while C-10, C-11, C-14, and C-15 are radioacrive.]
“Primordial carbon (C-13) comes from limestone and natural gas secreting up from the earth’s interior. Modern life forms that metabolize primordial rather than atmospheric carbon dioxide, with its cosmic-ray produced carbon-14, will appear extremely old when carbon dated. M. Grachevetal carbon dated flatworms and a sponge which had been fed bacteria collected from a thermal vent 420 meters deep in Lake Baikal. The apparent ages of these living organisms ranged from 6860 to 10,200 years. Therefore, when a creature ingests C-13 it will C-14 date as deceptively ancient.
“Even animals eating these apparently ancient life forms will take up their carbon 13 and, in effect, be drained of carbon 14. They would appear to age rapidly. Such false aging has actually been induced in the labratory with mice fed on brewer’s yeast grown in natural gas. These mice, living in cages at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, California, were carbon dated as being 13,000 years old, and were expected to attain a ripe old age of 35,000 in a few months. Researchers teach that C-13 does not endanger the dating in archaeology, but as K. Turteltaub, father of the Lazarus mice, says:
“‘We’ve joked about sprinkling them [the mice] around aechaeological sites just to confuse everyone.’
“Of course no one would be confused if C-13 does not endanger archaeological dating, but the professor admits the C-13 mice not only can but would confuse radiometric dating in an archaeological dig. [In practice that missing electron in C-13 is harder to detect than expected.] [supra, p. 133]
One can sense a certain “put down” of archaeologists in this speculative jesting. Other branches of science may dismiiss archaeologists as a pompous bunch of pointmen for museums. There may even be a certain level of envy, due to the many Horror/Adventure movies that featured archaeologists favorably, such as The Mummy flicks, the Indiana Jones flicks, et al. Generally, Hollywood likes to portray the people in other branches of science as probable “madmen,” such as Dr. Jekyl, Dr. Frankenstein, Dr. Strangelove, Dr. Moreau, et al. Could Professor Turtelbaum be “acting out” in fantasy what might be described as “Hurt-Feelings Aggression Syndrome?” Food for thought.
“…Using cosmic-ray data, P.C. Frisch thinks that the solar system cruised through a matter-less void until historical times when the solar system entered an interstellar gas cloud. The cloud interacted with the solar wind affecting the geomagnetic field. There was likely a change in the cosmic-ray flux to affecting carbon-14 dating.”
This Frischian idea seems at odds with the uniformitarian belief that matter is scattered equally about the universe in an invisible form that retains some important remnant aspects of the Infinite All from which it emanated.
“Because geologists are rapidly replacing Lyle’s uniformitarianism with catastrophism in the theory of forming the earth;s geology. It is reasonable that geological upheavals and catastrophes would release vast amounts of C-13 into the environment. Indeed, due to depletion, the earlier the upheaval the greater the release of C-13. Consequently, the earlier the dated event the more exaggerated antiquity of its C-14 test date.
“To exaccerbate the traditional dating error we now are accumulating overwhelming evidence that the further back in time we go the more intense the variations in the Earth’s magnetic field. This increased magnetic flux severely stifled the amount of incoming cosmic rays to react with the ionosphere. This more than anything limited the production of atmospheric C-14, and subsequently this again exaggerated the antiquity of C-14 dated artifacts. As the magnetic field becomes more concentrated over the magnetic poles, the less C-14 would be in the atmosphere. This would cause C-14 dated artifacts to date older the closer it is to an ancient magnetic pole.
“This error is one reason early stonehenge samples date older than Egypt’s pyramids.” [supra, pp.133-134]
Scientist, meaning well, disturb the Universe with half-understood gauges, meters and tests. Their efforts to understand how or why things behave the way they do is certainly not to be condemned nor mocked. Yet, all to often the public hears from popularizers of science, who have a political agenda. I suspect that such people make important contributions to the selection process for the most prestigious awards, such as the Nobel Prize recipients. “Lift up one’s own; cast down one’s enemies.” So it goes.

FYI: SCIENCE AND THE CRAFT OF DECEIT #2
In my initial post, I introduced the subject of “ditching” material relevant to the scientific project at hand, due to its inability to be subsumed into the preconditioned concepts, which had generated the project from the outset and had assumed the status of religious dogma. On the one hand the posted evidence indicated the profound difficulty which science has shown in “giving up” old parameters which they have employed for scores of years with seemingly satisfactory results. Scientists are like American voters who “say” by their deeds, “Why seek the best answer when a satisfactory one is at hand?”
In short mediocracy has been enshrined and declared “nonpareil” acchievements by the “Academic-Intellectual-Creative Complex.” This “lesson” is drilled into the mind-managed youth in the educational system, inspired by Masonic concepts and energized therefrom. The generally moronic youth then speak of “liberty, equality, fraternity and tolerance.” While “knocking down” alcoholic drinks, they muse about how we are all “basically one and the same.”
No wonder that material omission is the order of the day. The ruling circles of many nations have their respective legislators pass “laws” that outlaw any evidence that discredits the “Traditions of the Best and Brightest” in all fields of knowledge. Without doubt the United States of America and other Western nations are entering at this time a New Dark Age. Interestingly, in the Western European nations (and those nations populated by people derived from them), Dark Ages, or periods (including Great Depressions), are directly related to the prominence, or even hygemony, of Jewry, which has consistently faired well under such periods. Curiously, the European Renaissance was a negative event for Jewry.
It is these traditions that assure the Age of Disinformation in the West will be characterized by a formidable dominance. The time is at hand that questioning the concept of “Evolution” will carry a heavy fine and often “jail-time.” There are many such “concepts” which will malevolently emerge as the various legislatures rush to pass government “policies” incorporating the “Traditions.” Already, in Europe, questioning any part of the “Holocaust” claims results in fines and sentences of up to five years in prison. There are several German intellectuals doing time now in “Occupied Germany.” Conveniently, German judges state that the truth of the claims and evidence is irrelevant. If that doesn’t signal Dark Age, what does? The collapse of the economic conditions in each Western nation under the bondage of debt?
In my last post on this matter, the issue of Radioactive Carbon-dating was touched upon. This post will focus on C-!4. This is one of the “biggies” in developing “time charts.” Consider:
“C-14 is created when the reaction of cosmic rays with the ionosphere precipitates neutrons through the atmosphere. These neutrons react with nitrogen 14, creating C-14. Upon creation, C-14 starts to decay, and is today determined to have a half-life of approximately 5,568 years. Organic material assimilates C-14 at a constant rate, and, knowing what the level of C-14 in an object was before it died, scientist can measure the amount left and calculate its age since death. Apart from normal variations, C-14 stays at a constant level in today’s atmosphere.” [HEBREW SAGES OF ANCIENT EGYPT, F. David Fry, p. 131]
Now, one of the problems which Mr. Fry notes is that in the nuclear weapons usage (including depleted uranium bullets, shells and missile heads (”DU”), nuclear weapons testing, nuclear energy facilities (especially those that have had “problems”) of modern times, and other “outlets,” the atmosphere has received significant amounts of radioactive material, which previous time periods did not. This man-made radioactive contribution has distorted all readings based on the idea of nuclear degeneration in nature. Be that as it may, let’s continue to consider this issue.
“When Willard F. Libby first discovered radiocarbon dating in 1947, archaeologists, and especially historians ignored it. They questioned its reliability, as it did not coincide with traditional historical dates of the artifacts being tested. The further back into history the C-14 researchers went, the larger the discrepancy became. C-14 dated artifacts too young.
“The original assumption on which C-14 dating was based is that its level in the atmosphere is the same at all times. Egyptologists and the carbon dating scientists were, therefore, in contradiction with each other. The Egyptologists and the archaeologists wouldn’t budge, and so the scientists were forced to reevaluate their findings. What the scientists needed, in order for C-14 dating to be accepted, was a method of calibrating it.” [supra]
Already, the reader must sense “compromise” in the air. The possibility existed that both sides were wrong on the issue, but that possibility was never broached. Instead, manipulation of the data, or the tools employed to discover that data, was required. Being “practical Marxists,” the dialectic naturally “popped” into their collective heads. They would create a synthesis by which a New Order in science could be reached. Consider:
“The answer came in the form of tree ring dating, and the tree that was to accommodate this calibration was THE BRISTLECONE PINE. The twisted and alternating growth patterns of the bristlecone made it ideal to manipulate the counting of its growth arks.
“The bristlecone pine enabled scientists to develop a chronology to calibrate carbon dating and ‘adjust the clock.’ Unfortunately, the development of this chronology actually incorporated C-14 of many bristlecone layers. In other words, they used C-14 to calibrate C-14.” [supra]
I am certain some of the readers are familiar with logic. However, for those who are not, this form of fallacious logic is termed “Begging the Question.” Many people are familiar with the term through its relentless misemployment by journalists, radio and TV reporters, and unlearned celebrities. When these people use this term, they use it to mean “leading question” or a question which cannot be fully responded to without answering an additional, related question. “Begging the Question” simply means answering a question by returning to the facts of the question itself. An example of this: “The Bible is the Word of God.” How do we know this? “God has said it.” Where? “In the Bible.” This is not to say anything in regard to the truth of the statement; it only states that the answered proof is based on itself, or the original proposition. Let’s continue with this important matter of science and C-14.
“Scientific integrity was ignored in favor of unanimity. Strangely, scientists were calibrating C-14 to read older, when in reality the readings should have been calibrated to read much younger. This was later verified when Accelerator Mass Spectrometry dating methods were invented. Then artifacts having C-14 dates of 28,000 years were giving AMS readings of only 2,400 years, and articles dating 70,000 C-14 years became only 4,100 years by AMS dating.” [supra]
Again, I feel obliged to bring up old methods and new methods. The nature of American society in particular is to break into factions, like so many beads of mercury. The nature of egalitarianism is toward uniformity. The leaders in this policy area like to employ sloguns such as “Bring us together.” Hence, from their perspective the practical need is to construct a field that causes all the mercury to “come together.” Thus, by utilyzing funding resources adroitly, political leadership could influence the scientific community to “do the right thing” and “come together.” No more division in our scientific community, at least among those that wished to continue receiving funding for their projects. Hence, synthesis was needed once again. Or one side must be “deep-sixed.” But, let’s continue with our consideration of this issue, shall we?
“To make matters even worse for the establishment, it is now being discovered that volcanoes can pour hundreds of cubic miles of C-14 into the atmosphere. And this further dilutes the proportion of atmospheric C-14 (Radioactive Carbon). In turn this dilutes the amount of C-14 absorbed into living matter, causing it to read too old.
“Knowing volcanism was profuse during the Ice Ages, the vast accumulation of radiocarbon dates for the Ice Age has been compromised. This dilution of C-14 causes the Ice Age to date more remote to our time than it really was. Another anomaly to factor in is the apparent decrease in atmospheric C-14 toward the poles. Therefore, the closer one gets to either pole the older things will radiocarbon date.” [supra p.132]
I believe that there is also a likelihood that all datings by radiocarbon methods for artifacts, dyes, etc., found in European caves are compromised. Hence, the age periods of so-called “neanderthals,” et al, are likely to be way off. It must also be noted that the religio-political forces behind this “speculation” are anti-Biblical and desperately seek any method to undermine Biblical credibility. It is always useful to consider the motivation of groups seeking to impose speculations as dogma.
“Also, there is the phenomenon that the closer in time to the Ice Age an artifact is tested, the more exaggerated its antiquity. This means that the accepted historical dates ascribed to ancient Egypt are excessive according to radiocarbon tests. But even these exaggerated radiocarbon dates are too old due to vulcanism. Therefore, there is double jeopardy: the further we retreat into antiquity toward the Ice Age the more exaggerated the C-14 test date.” [supra]
All this being so, and scientists probably pressured from several angles, and from within themselves, too, the temptation to “fudge” a bit must have been noticable to them all. This being so, there is the temptation to expound a hybrid proposition, which satisfies few entirely but which they can “live with,” and then to anathematize all opposition. This process would also include its being included as “fact” in the educational system, as well as alluded to “as a given” by media reporters, journalists and commentators. The legislators and judges then seal all arguments in opposition for a hundred years, and the society embraces the proposition. “What’s truth got to do–got to do–got to do with it?”
